Home Purchase Program
We believe that every team member should own a Hayden Home. To support our team members, we offer an innovative employee purchase program. Because we strongly believe all our team members should be able to experience the joy of home ownership, we give team members the opportunity to purchase a home at a discounted price. This gives you a head start on purchasing a home while helping you become part of the community you helped build. Hayden Homes offers team members a discount on the purchase of a new Hayden Home after one year of service. Team members may then purchase one home every 18 months of employment.

Education Benefits
As one of our core values we believe in achievement, setting goals and striving for self-improvement. Hayden Homes offers tuition reimbursement for authorized work-related courses and seminars.

Wellness Coverage
Comprehensive coverage of medical, dental, prescription and vision insurance coverage. Hayden Homes pays the majority of the monthly premium, and you make a small contribution with pre-tax dollars. Flexible Spending Account (FSA) pre-tax reimbursement account for childcare and medical expenses.

401(K) Savings Plan
Hayden Homes generously contributes to your account by matching 100% of the first $4,500 you contribute to the 401(K) Savings Plan.

Paid Time Off
Personal time off includes sick time and vacation time. You’ll receive an allotted number of personal days, increased based on our PTO schedule, as well as receiving seven paid holidays plus your birthday.

Short & Long Term Disability Insurance
Hayden Homes provides short and long term disability insurance benefits for employees that are unable to work due to illness or injury.
