HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
The Regional Marketing Specialist serves as the primary marketing contact for their assigned region.  Under limited supervision, this position is responsible for planning, creating and executing strategic marketing initiatives that generate traffic to communities while maintaining and upholding corporate branding and image standards.
Regional Marketing Planning and Execution:

  • Executes strategic field marketing initiatives through involvement and input from key stakeholders including Regional Director, Senior Project Managers and Community Managers.
  • Serves as the primary marketing contact for the entire region, coordinating with field sales personnel and corporate marketing as necessary.
  • Manages various aspects of the regional and community marketing plans including cooperative development of individual community marketing plans with the Community Managers and the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Oversees and manages to the regional marketing budget.
  • Plans, creates, and executes marketing campaigns through social media and email that represent the Hayden Homes brand and drives traffic to the website and communities.
  • Executes the company’s strategic plan and ensure all regional communications appropriately represent the needs of the Hayden Homes brand, our subsidiary brands as well as the needs of the field.
  • Attends and participate in Regional Sales meetings, Marketing meetings and region related events as appropriate.

Community Management:

  • Manages inventory home process to include photography, staging, and dedicated marketing initiatives.
  • Sets up and maintains the look and feel of each model home in the region including managing stager and overseeing the purchase and placement of furniture, artwork, and décor.
  • Executes on community launch process.
  • Orders and maintains community signage.

  Event Management and Sponsorships:

  • Identifies and secures sponsorship opportunities for assigned region to promote Hayden Homes in the community.
  • Manages and executes community specific event-planning process from start to finish including: determining and securing event locations, collateral, signage, event show flow and programming, pre-event marketing/communications plan and on-site social media.
  • Negotiates with local and regional vendors for region specific events. Researches and compares pricing options and selects vendors based on overall value and budget.

Advertising and Brand Management:

  • Ensures media assets are trafficked to appropriate outlets within assigned deadlines.
  • Maintains corporate branding standards in all work output, utilizing Corporate Marketing as necessary.
  • Works with sales team to determine and execute on advertising strategies that drive traffic.
  • Develops marketing and promotional materials for the distribution to the sales team and/or project supervisors.

WHAT YOU CAN OFFER
Education:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field strongly preferred.

Skills:

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Demonstrate intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong writing skills.

Abilities:

  • Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, to various audiences to include strong writing/proofreading skills.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to creatively solve problems and work under time constraints with minimal supervision.
  • Must be organized and efficient at completing administrative tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team to accomplish goals.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and an ability to establish strong relationships with all levels of the organization as well as build relationships with outside resources.

Experience:

  • Minimum of three years of marketing experience required, in residential real estate or related field strongly preferred.
  • Field support experience a plus.
  • Experience managing budgets up to $500k preferred.
