SPOKANE, Wash. — Hayden Homes recently received three awards in the 2017 Spokane Home Builders Association 13th annual Fall Festival of Homes. The Festival of Homes is the largest new construction show in the Inland Northwest. The judging process included criteria such as architecture and interior design, visual appeal, efficient and innovative use of space, quality and attention to detail.
Hayden Homes showcased its 2,046-square-foot Snowbrush home plan in the Eagle Ridge community. In the $325,001 to $375,000 category, the home won:

• Best Master Suite
• Best Overall
