Candlewood was the first new home community that Hayden Homes built in beautiful Medford, Oregon.  The community is officially Sold Out thanks to a committed team of Community Managers and their Happy Hayden Homeowners.
Opened in 2014 and developed by Hayden Homes, this convenient and affordable new home community was the first of many for Hayden Homes in the Medford area. The community is located on Compton Way and is nestled within a beautifully kept, well-established neighborhood, with easy access to shopping and the freeway.
In August of 2015, one of the homes in Candlewood was dedicated to a First Story family! First Story’s first dedication in Medford was received by the Rounds and their kiddos. They were referred to us by the Jackson County Housing Authority where they had just spent 2 years completing their self-sufficiency & home buyer programs. Both of their families live in Southern Oregon…the grandparents were at the dedication. The boys all love to play baseball, but one of the son’s has an eye disease which has caused him to lose his sight. His brothers watch out for him; they are a close bunch.
An affordable place to call home, this community provides its homeowners plenty of space for picnics and other fun activities.
