First Story Celebrates 59th Home Dedication

First Story celebrates 59th Home Dedication in Nampa Idaho!
April 28th, 2016 – Nampa, Id. – A local Family realized the dream of homeownership Wednesday, April 13th, as non-profit First Story, in partnership with local builder Hayden Homes, handed the Hashagan Family the keys to their new home. The Hashagans celebrated their new home in Nampa’s Ranch community during a dedication ceremony with friends, family, and team members from both First Story and Hayden Homes.
First StoryTo qualify for the First Story home, the Hashagans went through a comprehensive interview and assessment process, and was required to meet certain income guidelines. They purchased the home from First Story through a 30-year, zero-interest and zero-down payment home loan. Loans are awarded to qualified families below 80 percent of area median income.
The Hashagan Family is the 59th recipient of a First Story home in the Northwest and the third home to be dedicated in the Treasure Valley Company-wide, this is the 59th Home Dedication.
“First Story is about changing lives,” said First Story Founder and Hayden Homes Chairman Hayden Watson. “We work to not just build homes, but to build hope and fulfill dreams for families and people like Miles & Ashley.”
