If you\u2019re a motivated individual with a strong work ethic who shares our core values and is looking for their next exciting opportunity, we\u2019d love to hear from you.<br \/>\n<strong>W<\/strong><b>HAT YOU GET TO DO<\/b><br \/>\nAs the <b>Production Administrator,<\/b> your \u00c2\u00a0position is integral to support the field personnel\u00c2\u00a0in their homebuilding endeavors.\u00c2\u00a0 It is imperative that you develop and nurture strong relationships with department co-workers, Project Managers, other departments, external partners and resources to ensure the successful delivery and timely completion of our homes.<br \/>\nTo be successful, you must be interested in learning about every aspect that goes into building a house and how much it costs. By learning all aspects, you can be instrumental in ensuring\u00c2\u00a0Hayden Homes builds the highest quality home for the lowest possible cost.<br \/>\nIn the role of\u00c2\u00a0 <strong>P<\/strong><b>roduction Administrator,<\/b> you will have the opportunity to:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Perform the initial review of house bill of materials (BOM) prior to commencement of production.<\/li>\n<li>Interact with Project Managers on a daily basis, providing support throughout the entire homebuilding process.<\/li>\n<li>Generate and review job costs for accuracy in material and labor costs across a range of floor plans and options.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain list of subcontractors for assigned communities and jobs.<\/li>\n<li>Generate and release purchase orders and variance purchase orders as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and review variance purchase orders and report discrepancies as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Order and track supplier shipments to job sites.<\/li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL NEED<\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Education:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>High School diploma or GED required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Experience:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>One &#8211; two years of previous administrative or data entry experience is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Industry experience in Construction\/Home Building is strongly desired.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Required Skills:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written, to various audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to creatively solve problems and work under time constraints with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with team members to produce quality work within tight timeframes while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Preferred Skills:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Ability to use Microsoft Office Programs: Word, OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Travel:<\/span><br \/>\nApproximately 5% annually within local and regional areas.
