This growth will provide new housing options<\/strong> in these regions, addressing Idaho\u2019s housing shortage, offering housing solutions for working families, and providing a <\/strong><\/a>library of beautiful home plans<\/strong><\/a> for those ready to build on their own land.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Already serving 72 counties across Oregon, Washington, and Idaho, Simplicity by Hayden Homes works with individual land owners, investors, governmental agencies, land trusts<\/strong> and other community partners to provide uniquely tailored housing solutions.
