We are excited and humbled to announce that Hayden Homes, including Simplicity by Hayden Homes, have been selected as one of the 100 Best Companies to work for in Washington. This list is generated by the Seattle Business Magazine, which surveys hundreds of companies all over Washington state.\u00c2\u00a0The award salutes Washington companies that set the standard for executive leadership, benefits, rewards\/recognition, corporate culture, training, work environment and more. The Best Companies to Work For are determined by anonymous responses to direct employee surveys.
\nThis year, over 440 companies competed for this honor and included surveys to over 77,000 employees throughout the state. The 100 Best list is divided into four categories including small, medium, large and companies headquartered out of state. Being based in Oregon, we compete in the \u201cheadquartered out of state category and are going up against companies such as GoDaddy, Hulu, Edward Jones, Grand Hyatt, Navy Federal Credit Union, and Andersen Construction.
