If you are a motivated individual with a strong work ethic who shares our core values and is looking for their next exciting opportunity, we\u2019d love to hear from you.<br \/>\n<strong>HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Regional Marketing Specialist serves as the primary marketing contact for their assigned region.\u00c2\u00a0 Under limited supervision, this position is responsible for planning, creating and executing strategic marketing initiatives that generate traffic to communities while maintaining and upholding corporate branding and image standards.<br \/>\n<strong>Regional Marketing Planning and Execution:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Executes strategic field marketing initiatives through involvement and input from key stakeholders including Regional Director, Senior Project Managers and Community Managers.<\/li>\n<li>Serves as the primary marketing contact for the entire region, coordinating with field sales personnel and corporate marketing as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Manages various aspects of the regional and community marketing plans including cooperative development of individual community marketing plans with the Community Managers and the Regional Sales Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Oversees\u00c2\u00a0and manages to\u00c2\u00a0the regional marketing budget.<\/li>\n<li>Plans, creates, and executes marketing campaigns through social media and email that represent the Hayden Homes brand and drives traffic to the website and communities.<\/li>\n<li>Executes the company\u2019s strategic plan and ensure all regional communications appropriately represent the needs of the Hayden Homes brand, our subsidiary brands\u00c2\u00a0as well as the needs of the field.<\/li>\n<li>Attends and participate in Regional Sales meetings, Marketing meetings and region related events\u00c2\u00a0as appropriate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Community Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manages inventory home process to include photography, staging, and dedicated marketing initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Sets up and maintains the look and feel of each model home in the region including managing stager and overseeing the purchase and placement of furniture, artwork, and d\u00e9cor.<\/li>\n<li>Executes on community launch process.<\/li>\n<li>Orders and maintains community signage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00c2\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u00c2\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Event Management and Sponsorships:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identifies and secures sponsorship opportunities for assigned region to promote Hayden Homes in the community.<\/li>\n<li>Manages and executes community specific event-planning process from start to finish including: determining and securing event locations, collateral, signage, event show flow and programming, pre-event marketing\/communications plan and on-site social media.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiates with local and regional vendors for region specific events. Researches and compares pricing options and selects vendors based on overall value and budget.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Advertising and Brand Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensures media assets are trafficked to appropriate outlets within assigned deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains corporate branding standards in all work output, utilizing Corporate Marketing as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Works with sales team to determine and execute on advertising strategies that drive traffic.<\/li>\n<li>Develops marketing and promotional materials for the distribution to the sales team and\/or project supervisors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Planning &amp; Priority Setting<\/li>\n<li>Communicating<\/li>\n<li>Creativity and Innovation<\/li>\n<li>Managing Processes<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration and Teamwork<\/li>\n<li>Time Management<\/li>\n<li>Relationship Building<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>WHAT YOU CAN OFFER<\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Education:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or GED required.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing or related field\u00c2\u00a0strongly preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Skills<\/span>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.<\/li>\n<li>Strong writing skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Abilities<\/span>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, to various audiences to include strong writing\/proofreading skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to creatively solve problems and work under time constraints with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Must be organized and efficient at completing administrative tasks and meeting deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work both independently and within a team to accomplish goals.<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding interpersonal skills and an ability to establish strong relationships with all levels of the organization as well as build relationships with outside resources.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Experience<\/span>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of\u00c2\u00a0three\u00c2\u00a0years of\u00c2\u00a0marketing experience\u00c2\u00a0required, in residential real estate or related field\u00c2\u00a0strongly preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Field support experience a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing budgets up to $500k\u00c2\u00a0preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>HOW YOU WILL BE REWARDED<\/strong><br \/>\nHayden Homes\u2019 compensation and benefits package consists of a competitive base salary along with quarterly bonus opportunities, generous health care coverage including medical, dental and vision benefits for team members and dependents, flexible spending accounts, life and disability insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, a team member home purchase discount, paid time off, volunteer time off, education reimbursement and career development opportunities.<br \/>\n<u>Compensation<\/u>: Based on individual, relevant experience.<br \/>\n<em>At Hayden Homes, we embrace diversity and equal opportunity.
