If you\u2019re a motivated individual with a strong work ethic who shares our core values and is looking for their next exciting opportunity, we\u2019d love to hear from you.<br \/>\n<strong>WHAT YOU GET TO\u00c2\u00a0DO<\/strong><br \/>\nLooking for a rewarding career in New Homes Sales?\u00c2\u00a0 Do you want to be part of a cutting edge On Your Land Home Builder?\u00c2\u00a0 If yes, now is your opportunity to join the largest privately held home builder in the Pacific Northwest!<br \/>\nAs a Sales Representative, you are the first opportunity Simplicity has to DELIGHT our customer!\u00c2\u00a0 You will grow customer relationships from initial contact to contract. \u00c2\u00a0By initiating model home tours and site evaluations you learn about customers\u2019 wants and needs.\u00c2\u00a0 This is a crucial part of the new home building process as you have the opportunity to educate, while setting very important expectations for a successful home new home build.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To be successful you will need strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely follow up of all leads produced by our Customer Resource Specialist and all pertinent information is communicated effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Work directly with customers identifying home plan, options and selections.<\/li>\n<li>Assist customers in learning about the land they want to build on by contacting local Jurisdictions.<\/li>\n<li>Work with construction and estimation team members in determining cost of custom options and conveying information back to the customer.<\/li>\n<li>Document all relevant information in the sales contract ensuring all applicable paperwork is complete.<\/li>\n<li>Work with your Sales Manager to identify opportunity for growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>WHAT YOU WILL NEED<\/strong><br \/>\n<u>Education<\/u>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience required.<\/li>\n<li>Associates or Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business, Construction Management or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and\/or work experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Experience<\/span>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of three (3) years of relevant sales and\/or construction management experience.<\/li>\n<li>Sales experience in the construction industry a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Construction management experience preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Experience utilizing a CRM system\u00affor managing interactions with current and future customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Required Skills<\/u>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, to various audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to creatively solve problems and work under time constrains with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional organizational abilities and customer service skills.<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding interpersonal skills and an ability to establish strong relationships with all levels of the organization as well as build relationships with outside resources.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple\/conflicting priorities, set priorities and meet multiple deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Skilled in the use of computers (PC, Windows-based operating environment) to include hands-on use of<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft office suite plus the ability to learn and proficiently use custom software to perform data entry activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Travel<\/u>:<br \/>\nApproximately 50% annually within local areas (usually day trips). Employee will use their own vehicle.
