{"id":13922,"date":"2017-09-19T16:21:37","date_gmt":"2017-09-20T00:21:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hayden-homes.com\/?p=13922"},"modified":"2023-06-16T16:36:06","modified_gmt":"2023-06-17T00:36:06","slug":"hayden-homes-dream-backyard-2017","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hayden-homes.com\/blog\/hayden-homes-dream-backyard-2017\/","title":{"rendered":"HAYDEN HOMES COMPLETES $25,000 DREAM BACKYARD"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-13927\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Boise-Backyard-After-Print-Ready-12-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"Boise-Backyard Giveaway 2017\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><br \/>\nAfter nearly 8 months in the making, the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> annual, Hayden Homes $25,000 Dream Backyard Giveaway culminated this Month as Shane &amp; Alex Hunter and their family were presented with the prize of a lifetime.<br \/>\nThe Hunters are residents of our Antler Ridge community in Boise, Idaho, and were surprised as the lucky winners among thousands who entered to win the $25,000 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hayden-homes.com\/dream-backyard-giveaway\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Dream Backyard Giveaway<\/a>, in December of 2016.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nAfter meeting with Hayden Homes\u2019 CEO, Dennis Murphy, in April of this year to discuss ideas and their vision for an outdoor oasis, construction on the yard, which started out with no landscaping,\u00c2\u00a0 began at the end of May and concluded this August with a Backyard reveal and community celebration open to their neighbors and the public.<br \/>\nFriends and neighbors who stopped by for a glimpse into the outdoor escape, enjoyed a barbecue and tour of<br \/>\nthe completed yard, which captivated all. A vast covered patio is the focal\u00c2\u00a0point of the yard. Beneath the covered patio is an expansive outdoor kitchen equipped with refrigerator, gas BBQ, &amp; granite countertop bar.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright wp-image-13926 size-medium\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Boise-Backyard-After-Print-Ready-19-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"Hayden Homes Backyard Giveaway Firepit\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/>Adjacent to the covered area is an inviting gas fire pit for friends and family to gather round, perfect for entertaining. The stunning landscaping features a crushed rose quartz path, with favorite plants, and flowers of Alex.
