Once the home is complete, your Project Manager and Customer Relations Specialist will meet to inspect your new home. It is subject to our 100% Quality Inspection Checklist that consists of over 300 items that are reviewed, checked off, and certified complete. This list includes everything from the concrete and asphalt that make up your driveway, patio, and foundation to the siding and shingles that make up your roof, and everything in between.
On Orientation Day your Project Manager and Customer Relations Specialist will take the time to explain how to use your new home, the appliance options, the heating unit and point out the items that are covered in your warranty and those that are homeowner maintained.
