Quality & Customer Satisfaction

Quality and customer satisfaction begins when your new home construction starts. Our Project Managers are committed to delivering your home on schedule and to the specifications outlined by your sales representative, and you. From the foundation up, we are there, every step of the way, to insure your home meets all the standards of quality and craftsmanship that goes into a Hayden Home.

Once the home is complete, your Project Manager and Customer Relations Specialist will meet to inspect your new home. It is subject to our 100% Quality Inspection Checklist that consists of over 300 items that are reviewed, checked off, and certified complete. This list includes everything from the concrete and asphalt that make up your driveway, patio, and foundation to the siding and shingles that make up your roof, and everything in between.

On Orientation Day your Project Manager and Customer Relations Specialist will take the time to explain how to use your new home, the appliance options, the heating unit and point out the items that are covered in your warranty and those that are homeowner maintained.

Our Warranty Care Program provides state-of-the-art technology and support to your Customer Relations Specialist and you. With real time scheduling, tracking and information, you can be assured your needs will be met as quickly as possible. The skill and experience of our team along with the latest technology means your satisfaction is guaranteed.
