The Rural Loan Program

Hayden Homes and Hayden Homes Mortgage are offering an exciting financing program called the Rural Loan Program. This Government backed financing program enables us to craft a lending package for single-family, owner occupied homes, with 100% financing, and no down payment required by the borrower. That means you get competitive rates on long term fixed rate loans that are fully funded and backed by the Federal Government. This program is subject to restrictions and is only available in certain areas and locations. We are presently offering the Rural Loan Program here in Central Oregon in our Vista Dorado and Antler Ridge communities. We are also offering it in Veneta in our Applegate community, and in Roseburg's River Crest community.
