When you sell a new Hayden Home between now and June 30th, 2012 we will pay half of your commission up front.*  This applies to any new Hayden Home you sell in any of our communities across the northwest, in Oregon, Washington and Idaho. And, if the deal falls through, you still keep the 50% commission you’ve received.

*50% of your commission will be paid up front upon completion of the following items: a mutually accepted purchase agreement including all signed disclosures, earnest money fully deposited into escrow, and a pre-approval letter from Cornerstone Lending (Hayden Homes perferred lender) based on review of credit, verification of employment, income and funds to close. Your final commission balance will be paid at closing. This offer expires June 30, 2012. Terms and conditions are subject to change.
