Customers must have an agreed upon sales contract with Hayden Homes and have submitted an application online with Cornerstone Lending Group. If you are comparing offers with your current lender and you have a closing cost estimate, the closing cost estimate must be submitted in addition to having an accepted contract and full application. All eligible applications must be submitted to Cornerstone Lending Group via our online application.
