For the second year in a row, Hayden Homes Aspen Rim community in Bend Oregon, receives the top award in COBA's Tour of Homes. This year, the Kokannee Model has brought home three awards including Best Master Suite, Best Interior Finish and the top award in its category Best of Show.
In 2009, The Vancouver Model at Aspen Rim took three awards including the coveted Best of Show Award.
