"When Robert Watson and his son, Hayden, moved to Redmond, Oregon in 1989, they found the vibrant quality of life they were looking for in a rural town of 7,000. What they didn’t expect to find, however, was an overwhelming need for affordable housing. Make that quality, affordable housing.
So, they decided to do something about this troubling vacancy in the housing market. Armed with their background in land development and real estate finance,the two Watson’s pooled their energy and limitless determination together into a home-building company with a mission. And Hayden Homes was born.
