Program Guidelines
Thank you for referring your Friends and Family to Hayden Homes. Please note, the Friends and Family Referral Program is subject to the terms below. Please read carefully as the terms listed here supersede any other verbal or written communication regarding instructions of the program.

1. To be eligible, the Referring Party (Existing Hayden Homeowner or Current Resident) must fill out the online referral form ON or PRIOR TO their friend/family member's INITIAL VISIT TO A HAYDEN HOMES COMMUNITY. The form can be found by pressing the 'Online Referral Form' button in the right column of this page. No Gift Cards will be granted for referrals submitted after the friend/family member's initial visit.
2. The New Homebuyer's acknowledgement is required at the time of the contract to confirm that they were referred by the Referring Party (Existing Hayden Homeowner or Current Resident)
3. Gift Cards will be delivered to the Referring Party (Existing Hayden Homeowner or Current Resident) the month following the successful close of escrow. If the home does not close, no gift card will be granted.
4. For each New Hayden Home purchased and closed, one Gift Card will be awarded to the Referring Party (Existing Hayden Homeowner or Current Resident).
5. The Referring Party (Existing Hayden Homeowner or Current Resident) will choose their Gift Card from one (only) of our select stores. Gift Card cannot be split into other denominations.
6. The Program is based on a 365 day calendar year beginning on January 1st and ending December 31st. Homes sold in December, but not closed until after the first of January will be counted as the first referral for the new calendar year, and will be at the first tier.
7. The Friends and Family program is only applicable to 2nd party referrals. You cannot refer yourself or another member of your own household.
8. Hayden Homes reserves the right to retract this offer at any time should any information provided by either party prove to be false or misleading. This program is at the sole discretion of Hayden Homes and may be eliminated or changed without notice.
9. There is a maximum of one gift card per referral on any one transaction. If there are multiple referrers (i.e. multiple existing homeowners recommending the same referee (friend or family member)) only one referrer gift card will be given. This will be determined by which online form was received first and/or the date the contract was received. Referrals will be valid for one full year from date of submittal.
10. Realtors receiving a commission on the sale of a Hayden Home will not be eligible to receive a Friends & Family referral gift card.
11. Referral gift applies to new contracts written after Friends and Family Program start date of September 1, 2008. These program guidelines were last updated on 01-18-12. If you are revisiting this page, please review all the above guidelines for the latest details.
