First Story
Hayden Homes began with the belief that to build a strong home, you must also build a strong community. That’s why we founded First Story with its mission to provide opportunities for qualified families in need of affordable housing.
Through First Story, we partner with local government agencies, local housing authorities, non-profit groups like Habitat for Humanity and homebuilders and developers to pool our resources to help deserving families realize their dream of home ownership.
Your choice makes a difference. When you buy a Hayden Home, a portion of the sales price (1/8th of 1%) is contributed in your name to First Story. In addition, when you sell your home your generosity continues by doing the same for the next recipient for the lifetime of the home. Your donation, combined with that of your neighbors, will continue to strengthen our community for years to come.
