Comprehensive coverage of medical, dental and vision insurance coverage.  Hayden Homes pays the majority of the monthly premium, and you make a small contribution with pre-tax dollars. 
 

401(K) Savings Plan
Hayden Homes generously contributes to your account by matching 100% of the first $4,125 you contribute to the 401(K) Savings Plan. 
 

Home Purchase Program
We believe that every team member should own a Hayden Home.  Hayden Homes offers team members a discount on the purchase of a new Hayden Home after one year of service.  Team members may then purchase one home every 18 months of employment. 
 

Personal Time Off
Personal time off includes sick time and vacation time. You'll receive an allotted number of personal days, increased with each year of employment, as well as receiving five paid holidays. 

Education Benefits
