My Hayden house became a Home and part of a life-healing miracle.

Actually it is true, a house becomes a home when you have someone to share it with. I bought my Hayden three-bedroom two- bath home in August 2006.  That was one of the worst and best years of my life. I had decided to move over from the West Side of Washington State after doing an Internet search on affordable cities with affordable housing. I was willing to go anywhere in the United States at that point to find a little house where I could live with my two Beagle dogs Coach and Molly.

When I came to Moses Lake I fell in love with this little town. I was diagnosed with Leukemia in Dec of 2002 and had just completed a divorce and was alone now. The real start of the healing of my life was finding this Hayden Home. I want to tell you I have lived in much more expensive houses in my life but never had a nicer home than this comfortable house by Hayden Homes.  Thank you for putting all the thought into the floor plan and design and still allowing a simple guy with leukemia the where with all to afford this house.

My brother helped me move here after the divorce, selling out in Kent Washington, and setting up in Moses Lake. I had my haven in which to emotionally recover my life again, And when I found my bride Suzette that was the real making of this house into the happy home that it is now.  As you can see she has got the interior painted now and decorated with such a warm feel to it. I have to admit it needed a woman’s touch. I feel like a king living here really, and what a blessing to have a castle again where I can enjoy the years I may have left in such a comfortable way.

Thank you Hayden Homes for your piece to the puzzle in the creation of my miraculous new life. This town of Moses Lake, my new Hayden Home and a bride that loves me gives me moments worth remembering each and every day I am here.

I like Hayden Homes because I feel safe. I like the slides at the park built in our neighborhood. There are big ones, little ones and a rock wall. I like all of it! I like that I have a walk-in closet. I like that the kitchen has a pantry so I can eat when I get hungry. I like my bedroom because I can sleep well. I like the living room because the floor is soft so when I fall it doesn’t hurt much. I love Hayden Homes!

We moved into our house last May, and we were so excited to start this chapter in our lives! My husband and I have been married less than 2 years, but we are so blessed to own our own home at the age of 25 and 23!

We are now expecting a little girl in May this year, and can’t wait for all the memories to come. My best friend and I grew up together on the same street, and now she is buying a house in our neighborhood too! I can’t imagine how great it would be to have our little girls play in the playhouse together.

After 20 years of friendship, we are still like family! I just know it would make so many wonderful memories to have a playhouse like that! Thanks for all that you do for the home owner, and what you do for the community.
