To: Hayden Homes
I am writing this letter to say, “Thank You for supporting your Marines”. I am a United States Marine that just finished my military career. I have served in Desert Shield / Desert Storm and in Operation Iraqi Freedom. My family and I have sacrificed much for my chosen career and as many who serve; pay is not the one area that is very generous.
After living in California, I thought that I could never afford to have the American dream realized for my family, and me even after serving in two wars. I believe it was by divine providence that I was to take a position here in the City of Pasco Washington and to purchase a home from your company.
Your staff at Three Rivers Crossing: Miss Kathy Myers, Mr. Todd Watkins, Mr. Shawn Kloster, Miss Marisol Tijerina, Miss Elizabeth Roy, Miss Gina Nores, and Mr. Kyle Crigler, were all OUTSTANDING. They worked so hard for my family and me. My son, Kayl who is a special needs child and four years old loves the house. His needs were addressed and your staff made us feel a part of the Hayden Family. I am so happy, because this was my first home buying experience and that your company is looking out to help those who have special needs children or who served in the military.
I have shared my story with my coworkers on how Hayden Homes worked with my budget and there are many inquiring about the company, two even had stopped in with me. I would not recommend something or a company that I truly did not believe in; its possibilities, its commitment to the customer, attention to detail, and that it strives for excellence.
There are so many Marines that don’t ask for discounts or help. You would be so proud to see your Marines performance out there. Your Marines completed the impossible. I have so many stories to share of great thing, great accomplishments, and great people of character. I have great confidence and conviction that you would call them all heroes.
I have much to be grateful for. Being in the Marines, I never had much, but now I have a place to call my own. My children can have a better start in life than I did, and now I can care for my disabled son. No more deployments to fight the world’s problems, no more long-term separations, and no more hospital stays without dad. I don’t have much Mr. Hayden, but what I have; I would be willing to share with your family. Mr. Hayden, I am just a grateful Marine serving a grateful nation. Thank you for your help and support.
