The Hayden Home Team

From the day Hayden Homes’ began the company has put its stock in its team members. Founder Robert Watson believed that the homes we provided were only as good as the people that built them.  It wouldn’t be a floor plan, a stack of lumber and a box of nails that would make Hayden Homes successful.  It would be a company of collective ideals consisting of people that shared common core values.

Over the last 20 years, Hayden Homes has managed to enlist people of great character, strong work ethic and an appreciation for the important relationships formed throughout every department in the company.  We are a team in full alignment with the values and goals inherent in our company’s mission statement.

Though Hayden Homes is full of individuals that give more than what is asked of them on a daily basis, of people that take pride in every aspect of their performance, there is a palpable corporate culture centered on respect, family and fun.  There are company trips on which we strengthen our working relationships through simply having fun together. 

Team members also spend time together outside of work—biking, skiing, hunting, fishing or just having a dinner party.  Friendships form and we encourage that.  There is a sense of friendship and family that each of us feel as we respect one another’s efforts and personality. 

While Hayden Homes takes pride in its homebuilding successes, we take more pride in our team members who make those successes possible.  It’s not so much that we are proud of what we are.  We’re proud of who we are.
