Even before your home orientation, your project manager will spend whatever time is needed to guarantee we deliver your home free of flaws and imperfections. And by providing continuous quality management through the 100% Quality Inspection Checklist, we make sure that everything is done right the first time.

Quality Built From the Ground Up

Home Site Preparation We do extensive planning on the home site before the foundation is even poured. Proper site preparation minimizes settling, and ensures proper drainage and, of course, enhances curb appeal.

The Foundation Every home lies above a foundation of solid concrete. A minimum 12-inch footing and six-inch wall are tied together with steel reinforcement bars. Having a solid foundation helps keep the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

The Frame Each home is custom-crafted by a journeyman carpenter.

Windows All of the windows we install are double-paned and vinyl-framed, which means energy efficiency in every season, coupled with solid, maintenance-free support.

Finish Carpentry Along with all of our contractors, our finish carpenter takes painstaking steps to ensure the highest in workmanship. All of the doors, jambs, casing, baseboards and cabinetry are installed with the utmost care and precision. They are all damage-resistant and have a classy, solid feel.

Flooring We use vinyl and carpet from the top producers in the country, and all floors are placed on prepared surfaces of underlayment, so the only thing you notice is a smooth finish.
